Illinois Pension Reform Law is Placed On Hold

A judge placed a stay on the law that would change Illinois state pensions and was set to go into effect in June.  With the ongoing lawsuits that challenge the law and the confusion over how these decisions will impact state employees and retirees, Judge John Belz granted a request to delay implementation of the law.  You can read and hear more about the story here.
